Luiza

Luiza is only 2 years old and is fighting a severe form of cancer - neuroblastoma. Each day brings another difficult examination: CT scans, bone marrow tests, MRI scans… Her mother, Paula, watches as her little girl disappears among cables and medical equipment, trying her best to hide her fear and heartbreak.

On the oncology ward, children are lost far too often. Luiza is still fighting, though her tiny body is exhausted. Her last hope is an anti-relapse vaccine, because relapses are what most often take the lives of children with this disease. But the treatment is extremely expensive.

Through our Christmas Fair in Ealing, we raised £2,000 to support Luiza in her fight.
